• As in any residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• As in every residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.
