** We recommend that you bring a sleeping mask to use the sofa bed, as the rollaway allows light to pass through.

• As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will send you the 'House Guide'. It is necessary to send a double-sided copy of all guests' documents to the concierge at least 24 hours before the date of entry;
• Visitors are not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building;
• No parking space;
• Pets are not allowed;
A complete layette kit will be provided. There are no changes or extra cleaning included (extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance at a separate cost);
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building;
• It may be possible to offer early check-in or late check-out, depending on the availability of the property and confirmation one day in advance. There is an additional half-day charge for check-ins from 7am to 2pm and check-outs from 11am to 6pm.
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.

Our reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm.
