• We allow up to 02 visitors per apartment at the same time, provided their documents are sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• One parking space is available (the space does not accommodate SUVs or pickup trucks);
• Depending on the property's availability and for an additional fee, we may be able to offer flexible check-in and check-out times.
• Mandatory garden maintenance takes place every first Monday of the month.
