• We allow up to 2 visitors per apartment at the same time, provided their documents are sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• No parking space is available;
• Please check availability for flexible check-in and check-out times (additional fee applies);
• As in any residential building, there may be construction work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• The use of common areas is subject to availability and may be restricted by the building administration.
