• It is necessary to send copies of the documents of all guests at least 24 hours before check-in;
• We allow up to 2 visitors per apartment at the same time, provided documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• There is no parking space available;
• Please check availability for flexible check-in and check-out times (additional fee applies);
• As in any residential building, there may be construction work in neighboring apartments during business hours.

• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat, as well as on the balcony and common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
