• Regarding the building's common areas, only the coworking space and laundry are available for use by tenants.
• A copy of the documents of all guests must be sent at least 24 hours prior to check-in;
• There is no parking space available;
• We allow up to 2 visitors per apartment at the same time, provided their documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• As in any residential building, there may be construction in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Depending on property availability and for an additional fee, we can offer flexible check-in and check-out times.
