A 35 m² apartment on the 5th floor with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi.

• It is necessary to send copies of all guests' documents at least 24 hours before check-in;
• We allow up to 2 visitors per apartment at the same time, provided their documents are sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• No parking space is available;
• Please check availability for flexible check-in and check-out times (additional fee applies);
• As in any residential building, construction work might occur in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• The use of common areas is subject to availability and may be restricted by the building management.

• The House Guide will be sent after the booking has been confirmed;
• We allow up to 02 visitors per apartment at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. Extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• We do not allow photo shoots/recordings on site;
• The space is not pet-friendly;
• As in every residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep the noise level down after 10pm.
