- Woke up too lazy to make the bed? That's okay, just close the French door that separates the bedroom from the other rooms, put an LP on the record player (yes, there is one!), make yourself a Nespresso and enjoy Marcelo Zuffo's Street Art (insta: mzuffohc).
- No, it's not a "Matchbox" Studio, the kind where you trip over the kitchen table and fall face-first into bed... It has four well-defined areas: living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and of course... there's also a bathroom with a mini-library!
- Are you cold or hot? All right, the air conditioning is top notch: it heats up or cools down.
- The bed is great and so is the mattress!
- Does it fit a couple + 1 person? Yes, the sofa in the living room turns into a bed!
- Yes! There's a hairdryer (Taff), microwave, Nespresso, fridge, cooktop, vertical vacuum cleaner, blender, electric corkscrew, glasses, cocktail shaker, etc... There's fiber optic internet with 500 MEGA and Smart TV! Ahhh, the vitrolinha also has bluetooth!

Location: (impossible!)

- The Oscar Freire subway station is less than 2 blocks away and the Pão de Açúcar market is 80 meters away (exit the building, turn left, you're there!).
- Do you want luxury, fashion, glamor, bars and restaurants all in one street? Oscar Freire is 300m from the Studio!
- Restaurants, bars and cafés? Seriously! Within a 200m radius there's EVERYTHING and a bit more:
- Arturito, the restaurant of the award-winning chef and former judge on Master Chef Brasil, Paola Carossela, is 350m away.
- Fancy a delicious and sophisticated brunch? Then head to Levena, Chef Diego Lozano's patisserie, 300m from the Studio!
- A healthy, cost-effective lunch 200 meters from the Studio? Las Chicas!
- How about a minimalist approach? Drinks, Pizza, Art and Music? Then go to "O Picco", where all four items are excellent!- AND MUCH MORE! Dozens of options less than 300m from our accommodation! How about going for a walk and discovering your fav
orite place?
- But that's not all: Av Paulista, MASP, Trianon Park and Praça Benedito Calixto with its restaurants, its antiques market with the traditional live "Chorinho" every Saturday... All "walk distance" from our studio. (Sometimes more "walk", sometimes less...)
- Never forget that Pinheiros and Vila Madalena (one of Sampa's coolest neighborhoods) are like "flesh and blood", in other words, one stuck to the other!

There are excellent gastronomic options in the area, such as Modern Mamma Osteria, Nino Cucina e Vino, Jam Japanese Food, Arts & Music, Filó Café and Gelateria Davvero. A suggestion for those who like art is the Espaço Cultural Itaim. The Parque do Povo is an invitation to enjoy some free time and appreciate nature.

There are taxi ranks, bus stops, bike lanes, bike rental stations and a subway station nearby to make it easier for you to get around the city.
It is 3km from Ibirapuera Park and 6.3km from Congonhas Airport.

Some unmissable suggestions for those who enjoy art, music or any other event are Allianz Park, Sesc Pompeia, Casa da Caldeiras, Teatro Bradesco and Teatro Tuca.
